Are you struggling with the pain of betrayal?
You don’t have to go through this alone. Join us in a safe, confidential space where healing begins.

What is this group?
This is a guided support group for individuals impacted by infidelity. This group offers a mix of what you might expect from a traditional support group and a therapeutic support group with additional psycho-education related to betrayal, attachment, boundaries, and coping techniques.

What We Offer:
-
Emotional Support: Infidelity can be incredibly painful and isolating. Being in a group with others who understand your feelings can help you feel less alone. You can share your emotions without fear of judgment.

-
Understanding and Empathy: In a support group, people often have unique perspectives but share common emotions. This can help you feel understood and foster empathy for others in similar situations, creating a sense of connection and community.

-
Coping Strategies: We will exchange advice and techniques for managing difficult emotions and the fallout of infidelity. This will include breathing exercises, and learning how to get grounded and regulated.

-
Different Perspectives: You might hear how others have handled similar situations and what worked (or didn’t work) for them. This can provide new insights and ways of thinking about your situation.

-
Healing from Betrayal: Infidelity can trigger feelings of betrayal, loss, anger, and sadness. A support group can help process these feelings in a safe space and guide you toward healing, whether you're trying to repair the relationship or move forward on your own.

-
Reduced Isolation: Sometimes, infidelity can make you feel isolated like others might not understand what you're going through. Being in a group with others experiencing similar issues can reduce that isolation.

-
Personal Growth: Being part of a group like this can encourage you to examine your values, boundaries, and needs in a relationship. It can also foster deeper self-awareness and personal growth as you navigate through the healing process.
